Vikram Kathavate
Vikram Kathavate is a seasoned business and growth leader with over 20 years of experience across business management, sales, operations, P&L management, customer acquisition, strategy, and business transformation. His career spans diverse sectors, including interior design, technology, telecom, mobility, financial services, e-commerce, and consumer businesses, giving him a strong understanding of both established enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at organisations including Bonito Designs, Ola, Tata Communications, Hathway, Tikona, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, PeelWorks, and Aintu Services. Across these roles, his responsibilities have spanned business strategy, revenue growth, operations, large-team management, customer experience, and financial performance. At Bonito Designs, he held senior leadership responsibility for geography, strategy, people, budgets, and overall business outcomes, a role that reflects the breadth and depth of his leadership experience.
